My '95 is finally free from emissions testing in Texas! I had a hell of a time passing emissions a few years back. I found an the air leak on the IACV and one on the passenger turbo outlet to get it to pass last year, but after putting OEM pipes, messing with timing, gas everything else to try to pass.
So I got everything back the way it was tuned by SZ and wanted and made a video while resetting the timing after digging around on here and not seeing anything that had details on it. There's quite a bit of back and forth on the PTU loop and the inductive sensor, I show some of that in the video.
Here's the information on parallax to watch out for if you have underdrive crank pulley.
